How is Something Borrowed Bridal Boutique different from any other bridal store?
We strive to provide exceptional customer service and specialized inventory that will fit every woman's taste and budget. We have a unique, one-of-a-kind atmosphere offering brides, as well as all of our customers, an unforgettable experience. Our customers are able to rent, consign and purchase gowns from us!

How new are your gowns? Do you have vintage items?
In order for us to stay on top of current styles and trends, we only consign gowns that are 5 years old or newer. Some veils, shoes and accessories past that time frame may be accepted. We have a few vintage accessories however we do not carry vintage gowns.
Do I have to bring the items in to the store?
We are more apt to purchase items that are brought in to the store that we can properly inspect in person. You are welcome to start by emailing us photos and details of your item(s) to get a jump start on the process.
How many times can my dress be rented?
The amount of times each dress can be rented varies, depending largely on the fabric.
Can my dress be available for purchase only instead of available for rent?
We encourage brides to purchase our new "with tag" dresses however all consignment dresses in our store will be available for rent or purchase.
Can I pick up my dress before the 6 month period?
The dress for consignment is under contract, so it will not be available to pick up before the contract ends.
What merchandise do you have in your store?
We specialize in gowns for the bride, which are available to rent or purchase. We have gowns that are second-worn as well as new gowns! We also have veils, undergarments, shoes, jewelry, head pieces, bridal decor, gifts and more!
Do you purchase across the country?
Yes. If we do agree to purchase your item(s) based on photos and the description that you provide, at this time, we are unable to cover the shipping costs. You are responsible for any damage in transit and are liable for any false representation of the goods. Once the item is received in the represented condition, you will receive payment within 7 days.
How do I track my order?
Our primary form of courier service for purchases is through USPS. We will provide you will the tracking information once the order ships.

We have referrals for almost every aspect of your wedding! Whether you are looking for a unique reception location, detailed invitations, a makeup artist, florist, a photographer, menswear or even a local calligrapher, we have the best referral list for you!
What is your return policy?
All purchased inventory is final sale. Unfortunately there are no exceptions.
